Bridges Hospice Foundation

The Bridges Hospice Foundation offers patients a personalized wish, need, or request that will facilitate a peaceful passing. These are individually tailored to the patient/family. A wish can be something as small as getting into a pool for the last time to something as big as traveling. The Bridges Hospice Foundation is funded by donations and purchases made from our Bridges Hospice Store.
