The Additional Support Program is an added enhancement to our after hours, on-call team and our Bridges Program.  Bridges recognizes that patients, families, and facilities may benefit from an afternoon or evening visit for a variety of reasons, other than emergencies that our handled by our dedicated team of on call nurses.
